When we are engaged as the Buyer's representative we assist the buyer in all analysis, negotiations, due diligence, and closing details. The Buyer is responsible for our success fee only when we are successful and the acquisition is closed. In the event we are able to secure a fee from the seller in part or in full, then any and all amounts paid by the seller will be credited against our fee due from the Buyer.
